Task Assignments are generated for the purpose of accomplishing specific activities with the most limited level of involvement. They are often used in conjunction with a customer’s in-house telephonic case management unit.
Case Management Leasing
Case Management Leasing provides a case manager at the customer's location to provide optimum cost containment services. This service may also be provided in conjunction with an occupational health program, therapy program, safety program and all components of an injury on duty program.
We offer flat fee options to assist with the new Tennessee Case Management Rules for cases requiring an initial face-to-face meeting with a field case manager, effective January 1, 2017. Case management is not mandatory, but once a telephonic or field case manager is assigned, the face-to-face must occur within 14 days.
